Coach's Philosophy
|
To set goals and build a team-steps vision to achieve during the year. To build a supportive and positive team culture inclusive of players and coaches, and everyone brings value to the team. To stress the meaning of student/athlete to all players. That every player/coach is accountable for their action both on and off the court as ambassadors of the school. Finally, all players have fun and have a positive experience during their season.
